To comply with UAE regulations and ensure secure transactions, we require the following documents during the merchant onboarding process. Please ensure all documents are clear, valid, and up-to-date.

Valid UAE trade license showing your registered business activities

Establishment Card

Ministry of Human Resources establishment card (if applicable)

Corporate Tax Registration

Federal Tax Authority corporate tax registration certificate

VAT Certificate

VAT registration certificate (if registered for VAT)

Owner/Shareholder Documents

Shareholders Emirates ID

Valid Emirates ID for all shareholders (front and back)

Shareholders Passport

Valid passport copies for all shareholders

Business Verification
